Apple introduced eSIM with the iPhone XS in 2018. All subsequent models support eSIM. From iPhone 14 (US), Apple removed the physical SIM tray entirely.

Samsung supports eSIM from the Galaxy S20 series onward. The Z Fold and Z Flip foldable series also support eSIM. Note: carrier-locked variants may have eSIM disabled.

Google has supported eSIM since the Pixel 3 (2018). Pixel devices offer one of the most reliable Android eSIM experiences.
Xiaomi 13/14 series and some Redmi Note models support eSIM in European variants. Chinese market models typically do not include eSIM.
Razr foldable series and Edge+ flagships support eSIM. Moto G series varies by model and region.
OnePlus 12 and later support eSIM in European variants. Must be EU/global model, not Asian variant.
iPad Pro (M1+), iPad Air (5th gen+), iPad mini (6th gen+), Samsung Galaxy Tab S8/S9 — cellular models only.
Settings → General → About → look for "Available SIM" or EID number
